Map of Mediterranean area at end of Volume I is Fine. Front end page Vol. I with period inscription. Each chapter with a full-page engraving and smaller decorative engravings. Text in French. 254 pp, map, 192 pp. A SCARCE title, particularlt in such a lovely binding, most likely early 20th century American. . First Edition. Marbled Calf. Fine/No Jacket, As Issued. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
