Portland, Maine: L. H. Nelson Company. Good+. 1906. Softcover. Oblong red paper covers. The title is in raised gold lettering on the front cover. The top of the spine has a chip of the paper missing, measuring less than an inch. There is also a smaller chip in the middle of the spine. A few soiled spots to the covers and a couple of creased spots to the top of the front cover. Stapled binding is secure and the pages are clean and tightly bound. One page has a small tear to the margin and a couple of pages have fingerprint smudges at the edges. ; A very scarce viewbook, with black-and-white photographs with accompanying descriptive text on each page. Some great early photographs of Coney island.; 32 pages .
