New York and Washington: The Neale Publishing Company, 1908. First Edition First Printing . Hardcover. Fair/No Jacket. 12mo. 207, [1] pages. Hardcover bound in dark green cloth with titles in gilt. An ex-library copy with full markings. Pale spotting to the binding. The spine ends and the corners of the binding are covered with clear tape. One of the pages at the rear has a tear along with some clear tape. There is a shelf label at the foot of the spine and a bar code on the rear cover. Thus, a reading copy only. COMPLETE with the folding color map. Early owner's inscription on the front flyleaf. Scarce. [Krick #287]
