London: Printed by W. B. for Richard Sare. Fair with no dust jacket. 1715. Disbound. "The Eleventh Edition, Corrected". 140 pages + [2] leaves advertisements. Front board missing. First leaf is the title. The title leaf has staining, a 1" tear, and a 1/2" chip. Rear board is leather with a contemporary blind-stamped rectangular panelled design. Rear board very worn with loss of leather at edges. Leather spine very worn with 3/4" missing at head and tail. Page dimensions: 155 x 91mm. Woodcut initials at beginning of Preface and at beginning of each of the seven Visions. "This Preface is meerly for Fashion-sake, to fill a space, and please the Stationer; who says, 'tis neither usual nor handsome, to leap immediately from the Title-Page to the Matter." - from the Preface.; 16mo .
