Chicago , Illinois: Chicago Plan Commission, 1912 Tan cover with black lettering. Light damp stains, just slightly noticeable, light cover soil. Corner and spine end wear with very light fraying, light edge wear. Tips bumped. One inch closed tear at the exterior spine hinge, back top corner. Hinge just slightly weak in a few spots. Former owner's name in ink on the ffep. Paste downs have several abrasions, perhaps from sticker or name removal. . Hard Cover. Fair +/No Jacket. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" Tall, 147 Pages.
