Hitck, with very best regards. Nick Eggenhoffer Oklahoma City June 12, 71." Profusely illustrated account of how America expanded to the Pacific Ocean. Contains detailed drawings of horses, mules, oxen, freighters, carts, Conestoga wagons, prarie schooners, army wagons, buggies, saddles, blankets, tack, undercarriages, and other equipment used by the pioneers and US Army on the Santa Fe and Oregon Trails during westward expansion. Glue residue from a previous seller's removed price sticker on the front free endpaper. Text and illustrations clean and bright. Both ends of spine very gently bumped. Corners gently rubbed. Dust jacket is price clipped. Dust jacket is bright with little fading. Dust jacket has minor wear to edges, except for top of spine panel which has some wrinkling, and a small tear to the top edge of front cover. Dust jacket protected in Mylar.
