Occasional thumb-marking present. Cracking to rear hinge with exposed binding, causing board to be slightly loose. Cracking to gutters of a few pages with exposed binding. Some small tears to edges of a few pages. Brown marking to front pastedown. Previous owner's inscription to front free endpaper. Text-block binding is loose. Boards have moderate edge wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Crushing to spine ends with small splits and fraying to cloth. Slight loss to ends. Moderate tanning to spine and edges. Splits to joints with fraying to cloth. Book has a slight forward lean. Water staining to all surfaces.
