First edition, very good + cloth hardcover shows bumps to bottom edge of front cover, bit of soil at page edges, hint of pencil shadow at top corner of front endpaper and some other light trace wear, in very good + dust jacket (price at flap) that shows light rubbing and soil along with trace edgewear. 251 pages. Still an attractive copy of this collection of sports journalism featuring the likes of Grantland Rice, Red Smith and many others.
