About This Item
Unicorn, 2015. First Edition. Softcover. Fine Condition. Inscribed by Author. SIGNED and dated by Maggi Hambling, and inscribed to the previous owner. First edition, first printing. Firmly bound, clean unmarked pages. A well-kept copy. This is an almost perfect book, almost as good as seeing the works live. The reproductions are superb with some magnification sufficient to see the brush strokes and more than one view of a work, for example a shot of a group of works, then some focusing on some of the individuals and then a close up of parts of some of them. The notes to the text are placed next to it, in the margins, so much easier than at the foot or at the end. The text is wholly adequate and not too arty/waffley it actually does add to the enjoyment and understanding of the works. It makes you want to see the originals even more and is a great souvenir of them. (Reader review) 160 pages. Quantity Available: 1. Category: Art & Design; Inscribed by Author. ISBN/EAN: 9781910065228. Inventory No: dscf11100. . 9781910065228
