Given at Our Court at Carlton House, 23 February 1816. 2 pp. 14 x 9 inches, in good condition, folds. Treasury stamp for one pound, ten shillings. Signed by the Prince Regent [later King George IV (reigned 1820-1830)]. He signed as Prince Regent during the periods of illness suffered by his father, King George III (reigned 1760-1820).

Given at Our Court at Carlton House, 23 February 1816. 2 pp. 14 x 9 inches, in good condition, a few minor tears at folds. Treasury stamp for one pound, ten shillings. Signed by the Prince Regent [later King George IV (reigned 1820-1830)]. He signed as Prince Regent during the periods of illness suffered by his father, King George III (reigned 1760-1820).
