Envelope is labeled by the author in a shaky hand. -- Plastic covers over paper wraps chipped in places around the exterior. --. An accounting of the time Fairbairn spent as a teacher on five different Indian reservations with the Bureau of Indian Affairs under the U.S. Department of the Interior.
