London: Hutchinson, 1954. 1st Edition. Green Cloth. Very Good/Good Plus. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Wetherbee, Margaret. 178pp. A first edition copy in wrapper. ( 1954). Illustrated with numeorus woodcuts at the head and tail of each chapter. Bound in green cloth with gilt embossed lettering to the spine. There are bumps to the head and tail of the spine and light bumps to two board corners. There is also some scattered staining to the spine strip, concealed under the wrapper. Light foxing to the fore edges and end papes. There is a small biro R to the top corner of the front end paper and to the top corner of the front panel of the wrapper. Clean and tight. Dust rpaper is not price clipped and is in a fully reversible plastic sleeve. There are small chips to the wrapper at the head and tail of the spine with the slightest of loss also to the corners of the wrapper. Light stains and foxing to the rear panel of the wrapper. A very good copy in a good plus wrapper.
