Octavo; viii, 264pp. Publisher's mustard cloth with brown and green rules and lettering, housed in brown paper-covered slipcase with "137" on spine panel. Top edge gilt. Boards are square and sharp, with spine cloth very slightly dulled. Binding is sound and pages unmarked. Slipcase is sturdy and solid with light shelfwear.
