Fisher, Crispin. 240pp; section of black and white photographic plates, in-text maps and illustrations. Blue cloth-covered boards, gilt titles on spine. Pages just starting to tan. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. Dust jacket has some shelf wear, price clipped. 8vo. Emphasises the effects of weather on bird life and the meteorological aspects of the avian environment rather than just long-term climatic influences. This second edition has taken the opportunity to correct some minor errors and to augment the bibliography as well as providing three new drawings.
