New York: Charnel House. 2010. First edition. First edition. Signed limited edition. Bound in Belgian Flax Paper specially made for this edition, with paper title label printed in black to the spine. Gilt stamped decoration to the upper and lower boards. An excellent near fine copy, the binding square with a firm with light rubbing at the extremities. The contents are clean and bright throughout. Unlike most Charnel House publications, this title was issued without a slipcase. Limited edition of 200 hand numbered copies, this being copy number 74, signed by Dean Koontz on the dedication page.
