A handsome and fine copy in very good condition--from original first printing in 1906--issued without dustjacket. Green cloth with gilt decorations to front board and spine. Light loosening of small area of cloth to the front board at gutter--more of a wrinkle of about 1 inch---see digital picture. Light edgewear to the cloth spine. Uncut page edges on text block and fore edge. Remarkably good condition of this copy of Pulitzer Prize winning authors third novel. Very collectible condition.
