Signed presentation copy by editor (Carlos L. Israels) on front free end-paper, dated 1962. Extensive Appendices, Index. First edition. But for presentation inscription no other previous ownership marks. Light toning to end-papers and mild age darkening to gold stamped lettering on cover and spine. Dst-jacket worn, with tape repairs on black verso. A clean, square, internally unmarked copy in a very worn but scarce, complete dust-jacket. Near very good in a poor dust-jacket. .
