A sequence of numbers appears on the copyright page with no additional printings indicated. A tight, clean, sound copy in textured white paper covered boards with navy lettering on the spine and color pictoral endpapers with very minor overall shelf wear with the usual library stamps and label on the top outside paper edges, front free endpaper, and front freepaper page. The dust jacket shows no visible signs of wear plus it is still in the original library mylar sleeve. A history of the American flag that examines the evolution of it as an emblem from the American Revolution through the resurgence of patriosim in the aftermath of September 11th. Bibliography, indexed, 195p.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good/Very Good. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Ex-Library.
