About This Item

First Edition. Near Fine / near fine. 15" by 24" fold out reproduction of the rock art in pouch on back end page. Laid in is another image of the rock art on heavier stock, 13" by 19". The original rock art is 13 feet high by 26 feet wide in a cave overlooking the Pecos River. Archaeologist and ethnologist, Boyd, reinterprets the significance of this prehistoric rock art. The book and jacket have very slight shelf and edge wear with no chips or tears. The pages are clean and unmarked as are the fold out images.

About mark mcdonald

Book collector for over 30 years. I'm retired and ready to sell. I buy almost exclusively from estate sales and since I've lived in Dallas my whole life, I know the people and where to go. I am a low volume collector and seller and deal in higher quality books. I have a lot of signed and inscribed books. These signatures have not been officially authenticated, but I am confident in their authenticity so I will guarantee them in perpetuity if it can be reasonably demonstrated that the signature is incorrect. .
