Published in conjunction with the exhibition of the same name at the Manchester City Art Galleries and the Museum of London in 1996/7. James Powell & Sons of Whitefriars were arguably the most creative glass factory Britain has ever produced, making glass of exceptional artistic and technical quality over a period of almost 150 years. Contains a full colour catalogue of the glass brought together in the exhibition. Soft covers, distinct bump at centre top otherwise a very good copy..
