Spencer in Lynchburg, VA, taped to ffep. Dust jacket in remarkably good shape, rubbed at corners, lightly sunned at spine, with half inch tear and a piece missing on bottom front. Interior clean and unmarked, except for former owner's name in black ink on front pastedown. NOT ex-library. Spencer learned to fly during the 1930s and became a stunt man with the National Airmen's Association; He was instrumental in the inclusion of blacks into the Army Air Corps.
