Light soiling on the boards and top edge, corners mildly bumped and rubbed, slight fraying on the spine ends. On both pastedowns is stamped "Gen. Geo. A. White Veterans Club, Inc." and the notation B-8. On the half-title page in grease(?) pencil "Presented to Service Men's Club by Mr. Carl ___, 1400 N. E. Broadway Portland Oregon, Feb.3- 1942." Binding is pliant but completely intact, text clean..
