New York: Simon and Schuster, 1965. Two jackets! Top one says "This is a plain brown wrapper" and is in excellent condition, except for minor barely visible stain on top of spine (brown on brown).. Inner is cover with book's title, etc. Has foxing, but otherwise in fine condition. A very nice copy. Red cloth 1/4 bound at spine (blue cloth completes the bound covers). . First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
