Washington, DC: U.S. Government Printing Office, 1893. Ex-Library. Hardcover. Very Good-/None. Black cloth boards with gilt titling and bands on spine, rubbed and a little faded at edges. Dewey number on a white sticker and spine heel. The only other ex-library indications are blue and purple stamps on ffep of the Interstate Commerce Commission Library and the Library of Congress, and pencilled notations on title page and verso. The interior is otherwise unmarked, except for two noted errant pencil marks. A couple pages are dogeared through use. Very nice and clean. Contents page has a 3/4-in. closed tear at the bottom edge. Marbled end papers and page edges. Additional shipping charges will apply for weight. BOOK INFO: This volume embodies in a condensed form everything contained in Volumes 2, 3, and 4.
