No dust jacket. Second edition. A follow up of the first volume, published a year before. Dark blue fabric covered boards with gilt print on the front and spine. Front cover shows a few stains, with rather minor wear otherwise. The pages are clean, tight and unmarked, with just the beginning of a hinge split between the frontispiece and the title page (see photo #6). There is also one page with a small torn spot, as shown in photo #7. A scarce book. This book will ship at over three pounds. Excess shipping costs are included in the list price.
