One of the volumes in the Easton Press "Leather-Bound Library of The Civil War" series.  Essays by five prominent Civil War historians.  The book is beautifully bound in 22 kt. gilt-decorated dark blue leather (and lighter blue accents) with raised bands on spine; all-edges gilt; silk moire endpapers; color frontispiece.  Laid in are a sheet of the Collector's Notes and an unused Easton Press bookplate for this series.  The book is in virtually as-new condition.. First Edition Thus. Hard Cover. Fine. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Book.
