Presentation copy from both the author and illustrator with illustration on the front fly leaf; also includes is a Christmas card by Edward Gory, that is also inscribed by the author and illustrator of the book (lacking envelope); the writing is in one hand, so it is either the author or illustrator, but I believe it is the illustrator, Vain. Condition: like new, appears unread, dust jacket with minor wear not price-clipped and now protected in a clear archival sleeve.
