About This Item
London: Thames and Hudson, 1985. 2nd Revised & Enlarged . Hardcover. Very Good/Fine. Dark blue cloth with gilt sp. lettering and pub. logo to front, no obvious faults. 191 pp. 31 plates, 22 text figs. This would be fine but an apparent production fault has caused pp. 65-72 (4 leaves) to have a vertical crease and slightly protrude from fore-edge, otherwise virtually pristine. Unclipped jacket fine and will add protective sleeve when ordered. 1st ed. was 1950. T.p. says '44 illustrations' but list on pp.185/6 totals 51. 16.5 cm x 24 cm
