Contains the sources used in volume III of the biography which concerns the first years of world war one; comprising predominantly of letters to, from and about Winston plus other ephemera. 8vo. Dust jackets have light shelfwear and a small tear to rear tail of spine without loss to volume 1. Mild sunning to Spine. Extremely faint foxing to fore-edge. Small marks to free-end-papers due to a previous owner's protective jacket. Red cloth boards are tight and prim. Contents crisp and clean.
