London, Robert Holden, 1927 First edition. Author's first novel. Striking dustwrapper pictorial by William Roberts. A tight, bright, unworn copy, Near Fine. In a Very Good dustwrapper which is moderately age-browned along spine, has 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch chipping at head and heel of spine, and tiny erosion at tips. The wrapper has completely separated along one spine fold and this has been neatly repaired with a narrow strip of acid-free paper glued to the reverse side. The repair is invisible from the outside and the front panel pictorial is bright and unrubbed. A pleasing copy of a very scarce book in dustwrapper..
