Boston: Houghton Mifflin, 1973. First printing stated on copyright page with 1973 showing on title page. Boards are light gray with dark blue and yellow stamping to front board and spine. Spine cocked a bit. Hinge starting at approx page 150 (in photo section) which may have started the problem with the spine lean. If not for those two issues, book would be near fine.The boards are of hight quality, fresh and bright. No markings. Price intact jacket has minor edgewear at head of spine. In mylar. . First American Edition. Hardcover. Vg-/Near Fine. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
