INSCRIBED BY JEFFERS on front endpaper, "Inscribed for Ruth Thompson, in hope/ of seeing her again./ Sincerely,/ Robinson Jeffers/ Buffalo - March 11, 1941," which would have been during his tour to the East Coast. Very good, lacking dust jacket.
