Boards have minor corner bumping and edgewear with noticeable tanning and scuffing overall. Spine has heavier tanning with soft splitting and crushing to ends. Joints have moderate splitting and fraying, exposing netting. Book has a slight forward lean.

Water staining to boards. Binding is somewhat shaky, but pages remain intact.
