Beautifully bound Prize Binding from Charterhouse School, in full Navy blue polished calf by Bickers & Son, spine with raised bands, elaborately gilt-bordered compartments with floral motifs at center; covers bordered in gilt, very fine gilt arms of school at center of upper cover, marbled edges and endpapers (slight nicking to top of spine; upper hinge starting at head and foot; slight sunning to spine; slight wear to extremities; slight foxing).
