With a seventy-page Introduction. Dark blue cloth with gilt lettering on spine. Several library labels and marks on front endpapers but otherwise the book is free of library marks. Pale blue dustwrapper, now in protective cover, has small tears to edges and a faded patch on spine where library label has been removed.. Cloth. Very Good Ex.Lib./Good Ex. Lib. Large Octavo.
