Dust jacket with watercolor images on front and back. Light toning to top and bottom edge of boards. Dust jacket is very lightly scuffed. Text block is clean, binding is tight, and images are bright. Inscribed by the author in 1988 on front endpaper. Includes an additional piece of stationary inscribed by the author in 1990, a newspaper article about Horgan cut out from the Entertainment section of The Middletown Press in 1988, and a newspaper cutout of Paul Horgan's obituary in 1995. A beautiful collection of sketches, field notes, and watercolors by Horgan with an introduction by David McCullough. ; Oblong 8vo 8" to 9" tall; 95 pp; Signed by Author .
