First Edition (1960) , unstated in accordance with Horizon's usual but not universally employed practice. Very Good+ in : Shows slight bowing to the front board; the very mildest nudge to the upper outside edge of the rear panel; several flecks of foxing at the top edge of the front board; a barely discernible dampstain at the lower corner of same; the binding is square and secure; the text is clean. Free of creased or dog-eared pages in the text. Free of any underlining, hi-lighting or marginalia or marks in the text. Free of ownership names, dates, addresses, notations, inscriptions, stamps, or labels. A clean, bright copy, structurally sound and tightly bound copy showing a couple of minor, unobtrusive imperfections. The DJ shows some wear to the head of the backstrip; a short, mostly closed tear at the lower rear panel near the corner; some mild rubbing and faint soiling; the price ($9.95) is intact. Attractive and intact, but shows some wear and cosmetic imperfections. NOT a Remainder, Book-Club, or Ex-Library. 8vo (8.35 x 5.85 x 1.15 inches) .
