Leather is heavily rubbed and heavily scratched. Gilt spine bands are heavily rubbed. wearing away portions of the gilt. Leather tips are heavily rubbed. Hinges are partially open. Lower edges of boards are heavily rubbed. Former owner notation in pencil on verso of map. Front and rear endpapers and first and last few pages have varying degrees of foxing. Page edges have varying degrees of foxing. May have other flaws.. Hardcover. Poor.

Book has a slight forward lean.
