Blue illustrated cloth hardcover. light spotting to the front cover. Front hinge cracked. Rear board has some cosmetic bug damage. Cloth is edge worn head and tale of spine and the corners. Thin closed split to cloth middle of the spine. End sheets have light scattered foxing.

Nice lengthy gift inscription in blue pen on the right front end sheet concerning a legal battle of the late author's estate; "To Hon. George L. Bell, Judge Fulton Superior Court. A Souvenir of Hills vs. Atlanta Art Assin argued Aug 11, 1916, before you. Judgment ? court of firmed, 145 Ga 856. With warm regards, Douglas & Douglas Atty's Est. Lucius Perry Hills, dec'd. Atlanta March 16th, 1917.
