Maroon boards. Gilt lettering to spine. Title page illustrated with a drawing of a Tommy soldier from the First World War, in which Kipling fought. Deckle edged pages. 159 pages of poetry plus several pages of Methuen ads at the back.
Used, very good. Boards fade-marked. Spine faded. Gift inscription on ffep (has been partially erased). Gift inscription on 2nd ffep (not erased) - dated 1920. Light foxing to edges. Internally clean. Binding very good.
