All text pages are clean. Penciled markings top corner of 2nd flyleaf. Broken front gutter. Corner are bumped. Fine red cloth boards with gilt family crest on front cover with title on spine only. Fraying of cloth at ends of spine. Tear along spine edge. Light soiling on front board.
