Hodder & Stoughton. London. No Date. circa 1909. EARLY THOMSON EDITION. 4to. (10 x 7.6 inches). Beautifully illustrated with 40 fine, full colour plates. Each tipped in and with a printed paper guard. Line drawings on each Act title page. A tight, crisp copy in publishers green cloth with bright gilt lettering to the spine. Front board lettered and elaborately illustrated in gilt. Plain white endpapers. Minor fading to the green cloth on the spine and small faint mark to the very bottom of the rear board but overall a very good, bright copy of this beautiful book.
