Hardcover with unclipped dust jacket, 197 pages; very gently used, tight in binding, only light shelf wear to spine ends and bottom cover edges, spine gilt lettering faded but still clear and legible, boldly stamped as "SPECIMEN COPY" on the top edge and again on the title page as this is a review copy given by the Canadian distributor The Ryerson Press with their complimentary card laid in, newspaper book review proclaining this book to be a "Useful Text" taped inside front cover facing a three-line gift inscription in ink on the free front endpaper, also laid in is a useful newspaper article "Learning to be an Actor", all text pages very clean and unmarked; DJ creased and rumpled along top and bottom edges, many tiny chips/tears.
