London: Methuen, 1908. Hardcover. Fair. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. A very rare copy. Pale orange cloth boards with decorative front and spine and dark green lettering. Boards have mild shelf wear with slight rubbing. Pages are age tanned with occasional foxing. Hinges are beginning to crack. Eight coloured and sixty- three black and white plates by C F Newall. 1908
