About This Item

New York City: American Artists Group, 1947. First Edition . Cloth lacking Dustjacket. INSCRIBED AND SIGNED BY WILLIAM ZORACH ON THE FRONT ENDSHEET. The noted sculptor whose most famous work is probably the spirit of the dance that he did for Radio City Music Hall, tells us how to make sculptures along with the history of sculpture. This nice book is loaded with 100's of b&w photographs, drawings and diagrams. Lacking the rare dustjacket. Some minor cracking and mends to the gutters along with light wear to the coves along the edges, the interior of the book is very good. Vg.
