Hall-Poorbough Press, New Mexico.. Near Fine with No dust jacket as issued. 1965. First Edition; First Printing. Hardcover. A First Edition in hardcover signed twice by the author, James D. Shinkle. He signed his name at the end of the introduction and then presented the book to Mrs. Nalda (named in the Foreword) with an inscription and his signature. The author discusses the Bosque Indian Reservation (authorized in 1862) , and the reason for its establishment, how the reservation was operated, and its ultimate failure. 85 pages. Book was issued without a dust jacket. Book is in Near Fine condition. ; Standard Book Size. .
