About This Item

Pittsburgh: Pittsburgh Diocese Catholic Church, 1920. First printing. Hardcover. Very Good +. Gilt stamped black cloth boards, octavo, 100pp., not illustrated. Book VG+ with light wear to the corners and spine ends, some erasable pencil marginalia to text. Front hinge has been weakened on account of the copious materials that are laid-in, many of which are signed by H. C. Boyle, Bishop of Pittsburgh from 1921-1950. Material is mostly written in Latin, including several certificates and pamphlets, as well as several pages of stationary from the Catholic Slovak Society of America. A great collection of Pittsburgh Catholic Church history. Text in Latin.
