London: John Russell Smith, 1874. Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. 8vo. Eighth edition. Full burgundy cloth. xxxvi, 480 pp; 481-960, 32 pp. Roughly cut edges. Rebacked with new spine, printed paper spine labels, new endpapers. Boards are scuffed and stained. Some rubbing and wear to extremities. Blacked out portions to copyright page, with some show-through to title page, and pencil notation of LOC classification and "cancelled" on top of the blackout (possible ex-library [no marks remain indicating which library].).
