New York & Toronto: Farrar & Rinehart, 1943. First Edition, First Printing. Hardcover. Very good/very good. 5 1/2 x 8 inches. x, 323 pages. Tan Cloth. Signed by both Cabell and Hanna on 2nd [blank] endpaper. This is one of the scarce limited edition signed by both authors, as per Fitzgerald approximately 50 copies issued. Farrar & Rinehart 'FR' device printed on copyright page (1st printing). Wartime edition noted at top of front flap of dj. Condition of the book is Very Good; ex-library with no external markings, bookplate on ffep, pocket and 'due date' slip on rear endpapers (apppears to have been only taken out once), no library marking on any pages, text and illustrations are very clean and unmarked. Dust jacket is Very Good; evenly toned, chips at top of spine, not price-clipped ($2.50). STK
