Topeka: Geo. W. Crane & Company. Fair with no dust jacket. 1892. First Edition; Second Printing. Hardcover. Covers show wear with bumped corners and curled spine ends. Smudging and soiling scattered throughout. Light notes and underlining scattered throughout. Page 63/64 is torn almost all the way from the bottom up, a few other less drastic page tears also found. The block is broken near the center with the adjoining pages being slightly loose; the binding is otherwise fairly sound and the book remains readable. LACKS MAP. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 253 pages .
